The researcher Elizabeth B. Torres, collaborator of the APCOM research group, is the director of the new  New Jersey Autism Center of Excellence, in USA. The main aim of this center is to create a nw program to connect people with autism spectrum disorder to the research, resources and services they need. The center is state-funded and led by a team from Rutgers University, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and Children´s Specialized Hospital.
